After charging me for my purchase 749 $. Arc desided something was wrong with my info so they put a hold on my delivery. I called to see what the problem was and there wasnt a problem.............. they just decided to put me in that catagory. so i cancelled the order and the money has yet to be released. Late last year I bought an Arc'teryx Therme Parka.

Due to the surprisingly mild winter I did not use the parka all that much.

However, during the recent heavy rains I have worn it.

I find that rainwater simply sits on the material.

Whereas, I have had other gore texted jacket and the rainwater

"beaded" on the coat, just I expected. I am dissatisfied with both the coat and the difficulty in contacting Arc'teryx Customer Services.

At around 500 this garment is certainly not good value. Does anyone know how I might be able to contact Arc'teryx Customer Services.

I have tried emailing them about a dozen times. Shocking customer service.

I spoke to a representative at Arc'teryx and fully explained the situation. It was somewhat clear that they still have no stock till October and offered the Sidewinder a step down from what I had, nice of them to try to resolve this but I had bought the heavier-duty one since I want the quality, he then checked with the store which I had purchased it and it appears that they can give me one of theirs, has to come form the factory.

So still without my Sidewinder, but hopefully someone at the company is finally looking into resolving this...

soon I hope! I also mentioned that it sort of doesn't make any sense, if they took mine and kept it to replace, how come they didn't have something in stock to replace it with instead of leaving me without a jacket for nearly a year???
